SAVAGE CROWD: In the new Oliver Stone film “Savages,” Blake Lively plays a surfer girl ideal turned kidnap victim put through a series of brutalities at the hands of a Mexican drug cartel. The actress looked no worse for wear Wednesday night at a Wall Street Journal and The Peggy Siegal Co.-hosted screening of the movie, where she joined Stone and costars John Travolta and Taylor Kitsch onstage at the School of Visual Arts theater in Chelsea. “This is our New York premiere tonight.…I see an ex-wife,” the director quipped as he surveyed the audience.
Lively cut a sunny figure onstage in a flowing yellow Gucci dress, which turned even more heads when she stayed past the start of the film to chat with a friend in an aisle seat and then carefully traversed the theater’s stadium steps in heels in the dark to cut out of the screening as the opening credits rolled.
