BEIJING EXPANSION: Tom Ford opened its first women’s wear boutique in Beijing on Friday, a 1,400-square-foot space in the Peninsula Hotel, adjacent to an existing 1,700-square-foot men’s wear store. The two wings are connected by a perfumery housing the Tom Ford beauty collection, creating a dual-gender flagship for the brand. The London-based company now operates 67 stores and shops-in-shop.
