VALVO NEARS TEN: This year’s October 15 event will mark the tenth time Carmen Marc Valvo has headlined the annual fashion show and benefit for Oklahoma Project Woman at Saks Fifth Avenue’s Tulsa location. In that time, the designer has helped to raise $3.5 million for the organization. OPW executive director Anne Bogie said Valvo’s efforts have helped 15,700 uninsurd, low-income women pay for the cost of breast health care.
