COCO POWDER: Woody Allen, who directed “Midnight in Paris” in 2011, is giving a French fashion accent to his next movie. Chanel confirmed on Wednesday that the house and its couturier Karl Lagerfeld provided an iconic tweed suit and silk blouse for Cate Blanchett, who plays the lead role. Filming is currently under way, with scenes being shot in New York City and San Francisco.
