ROYALE ROCKS: 10 Royale, the private Paris jewelry atelier, has tapped Kenzo Takada to design a fine jewelry collection. The pieces are to be presented on Sept. 12 at the brand’s headquarters in an apartment located at 10 Rue Royale.
