SITE OWNER SENTENCED: Vitaly Borker, owner of luxury eyewear e-tailer DecorMyEyes.com, was sentenced Thursday in a Manhattan federal court to four years in prison for defrauding customers and for sending them threatening communications. Borker pled guilty in May 2011 to two counts of making threats in interstate commerce, one count of mail fraud and one count of wire fraud. He had been arrested in December 2010 on allegations of selling counterfeit eyewear, as well as cyberstalking and making unauthorized charges on his customers’ credit cards.
