Prized for its broad, white-sand beaches, yummy waffles and wealthy devotees, the seaside town of Knokke-Het-Zoute in Belgium is sometimes described as a Nordic Saint-Tropez. Yet it’s also a major family locale, with teens and children flocking to its beachfront boardwalk. Fashions skew toward classic and preppy, with a strong marine accent, along with the ubiquitous cotton T-shirts and sweatshirts worn with denim and cargo shorts.
