One of the most photogenic areas in the world, Tokyo’s Harajuku district never disappoints. A recent excursion found shoppers, many of them in matching looks, clad in layers of bright prints, collegiate-style sweats, textured knits and plenty of quirky hats — from those with bear ears to others emblazoned with English words like “Vogue” and “Boy.”
