Men's designers opened Pandora's box on the Paris runways for fall '13. From embossed croc ankle boots to sandals with socks and performance-minded sneakers, the catwalks were full of excitement. Raf Simons and Alber Elbaz were in a sporty mood, pairing colorful trainers with sleek wool suits. Meanwhile, updated hardware and embellishments modernized classic silhouettes such as the monk strap at Dior Homme and Givenchy, and the oxford at Valentino.
