Poetic Licence is mixing materials for spring '13. The Brighton, England-based brand paired tribal, animal and Hawaiian prints, as well as wovens and floral trims, with a variety of metallics, bright hues and natural colors for the season’s flats, wedges and platforms. But the styling still has the brand’s signature retro feel, taking inspiration from the 1940s and '50s. The collection, priced $105 to $140, will sell at online retailers such as Zappos.com and Musthaveshoes.com.
