Designers are embracing their sweet sides when it comes to tailored loafers for spring ’13. Both Rachel Roy and Elizabeth & James used the season’s hot mint hue, though the former is ultra-traditional with hardware and the latter goes modern with a high-cut upper. Delman’s powder-blue style offers a vintage feel with a patent cap toe, while Kelsi Dagger’s loafer is playful with patent polka dots and mixed materials. Matt Bernson keeps it simple, letting the bubblegum pink do all the talking.
