If England is all about royalty and dignified history, then there was no better ending to last week’s Wimbledon tournament. In both the women’s and men’s finals, two of tennis’ greatest players — Serena Williams and Roger Federer — returned to the top, with crowning victories over age, injury and younger threats. And it was an equally triumphant moment for Nike, which has sponsored both champions through the years.
