Under Armour is readying a major footwear announcement that could come as soon as next week.
Though company founder and CEO Kevin Plank wouldn’t divulge details at the FN Summit, Spy learned the firm’s plans include the launch of midsole technology that would run through the entire footwear line of sneakers and cleats.
Product with the new technology will hit next month, as will a multimedia campaign to support it. And brand commercials are likely to feature athlete ambassadors Tom Brady and Cam Newton.
