Moschino Celebrates Juergen Teller's Exhibition

Guests included designers Rossella Jardini, Alberta Ferretti, Alessandro Dell’Acqua, Neil Barrett and Angela Missoni with her daughter Margherita.

BY A NOSE: Neither the stunning view of the illuminated Duomo cathedral at night nor the delicious Italian food at the Giacomo Arengario restaurant were enough to soften Juergen Teller’s prickly manners on Thursday night at the dinner organized by Moschino to celebrate the photographer’s exhibition which just opened at Palazzo Reale, called "The Girl With The Broken Nose." Moschino has over the past few seasons turned to Teller for its advertising campaigns.

When asked to talk about upcoming projects, Teller snapped, “I’ve just done an exhibition, isn’t it enough?” A few other questions provoked similar reactions.

Better moods prevailed among other guests, which included designers Rossella Jardini, Alberta Ferretti, Alessandro Dell’Acqua, Neil Barrett and Angela Missoni with her daughter Margherita, who spent the night hugging with her husband Eugenio Amos.

“The exhibition is beautiful, it’s great how the sumptuous location matches with the minimalism of the installation,” said Lucia Croce, who, along with her sister Barbara, recently parted ways with Vionnet. “We are taking some time to figure things out. We are focused on developing our careers with the same passion and we think that our experience at Vionnet has been great and exciting,” added Barbara Croce, sidestepping questions about their sudden departure.

Fashion photographer Gianpaolo Sgura said he is working on a book. “It should be ready by men’s Milan Fashion week in January and it will be a collection my best fashion shots,” he said.

Later in the evening, artist Francesco Vezzoli, who is currently developing a project with pictures from Pablo Picasso’s archive, stopped into the party.
